Please find below the terms and conditions that Driftland Ltd adheres to.

1. Drift Day Bookings
1.1 Driftland expects all participants to honour bookings made with Driftland. Any entrant that fails to fulfil their booking will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Should Driftland feel the need to cancel or postpone any drift day for whatever reason, we will always offer alternative dates for your payment rather than issue a refund.
1.3 In line with terms set out, cancellations for Drift / Open days should be made at least 7 days before the drift day.
1.4 Scottish/UK Government issued rules/regs can impact on our business operations at short notice, which are out with our control.

2. Private Hire / Private Event Bookings
2.1 A deposit is required to secure the booking.
2.2 Any monies paid in advance of the event are non-refundable.
2.3 If Driftland cancels the event, then we will explore avenues to re allocate the event to a future date.
2.4 If the event organiser cancels the event, all monies paid shall be forfeited.
2.5 Scottish/UK Government issued rules/regs can impact on our business operations at short notice, which are out with our control.

All purchases from Driftland are non-refundable.
